Come as
you are.
At Halo & Me, Ellie supports children, adolescents, adults, and families with gentle, down-to-earth counselling that meets you where you’re at. She also facilitates connection-based group programs specifically designed to help pre-teen and teen girls grow in confidence.

Say hello to Luna, Ellie’s therapy dog in training. She’s still learning the ropes, so she won’t be joining sessions just yet, but you might spot her around the office.
Meet Ellie
Ellie is a warm, down-to-earth counsellor who gently supports little humans, big humans, and the families who love them. As a Mental Health Accredited Social Worker, she offers a thoughtful, holistic approach to care where connection always comes first.
Her work is trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and strengths-based, blending creativity and evidence-based support to help you feel truly seen, heard, and supported.
Group work holds a special place in Ellie's heart. Alongside her individual and family sessions, she runs small programs where girls can show up exactly as they are and find connection, confidence, and community along the way.

My approach is gentle, holistic, and tailored to you
I look beyond the behaviour to understand what's really going on underneath, while helping you (or your child) build skills that last.
Together, we focus on:
- Understanding feelings (instead of fighting them)
- Building calm and emotional regulation
- Growing confidence and resilience
- Creating more connection at home and within yourself
This isn't just about getting through the hard moments, it's about building lasting wellbeing, confidence, and emotional safety.
Getting started is simple.
There's no pressure, just a warm space to begin.
