Meet Ellie
Ellie is a warm, down-to-earth counsellor in Albury Wodonga who gently supports little humans, big humans, and the families who love them. She creates a space where you can show up just as you are – feelings, worries, and all – and feel truly seen, heard, and supported.
As a Mental Health Accredited Social Worker, Ellie offers a thoughtful, holistic approach to care, with Medicare rebates available for eligible clients. She believes that connection always comes first.

"At every stage of life, we all need someone who will listen, understand, and walk alongside us for a while."– Ellie, Founder of Halo & Me
Her Approach
Ellie's work is trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and deeply strengths-based. She gently helps clients understand their inner world, build emotional regulation skills, and grow confidence and resilience in a way that feels safe and empowering.
This same heart for empowerment extends to her connection-based group programs. Ellie facilitates nurturing spaces specifically designed to help girls & teens feel truly seen, supported, and confident as they navigate their world.

Why I do this
"At the heart of my work is a belief that healing happens through connection. As part of a neurodiverse household, I also deeply understand the complexities that can come with navigating systems of support."
